Sol y Sombra in Killorglin

Beautiful setting. An old church converted to a restaurant. Web been here a few times and the food is nice. Pretty expensive for what you are getting. I don't mind paying the extra bit because the atmosphere is so lovely. The service is just fabulous, the server saw we hadn't finished a dish and asked if we liked it, we didnt say we didn't like it, just that we prefered the others. The manager came to our table, apologised that the dish was a bit bland and didn't charge us for it. Now they went above and beyond for us! Excellent experience!

This is hands down the best restaurant in Killorglin or the Kerry area for that matter!! It's an old church with a really cool vibe. The food we had was excellent, the difference between your standard fare and cuisine. The seabass special was outstanding as was the shrimp starter. We will definitely be back!

Attended here recently for a Winter wedding and it was incredible. The food is sharing style and a fun way to eat a meal at a wedding instead of large plates set down to you. I would highly recommend as an intimate wedding venue.

A bit of Spain in Ireland. You should try. The bass was really fantastic. As well, the staff was very helpful.

Amazing atmosphere in an old church and the tapas were delicious!!!

On a Sunday evening we just walked by and what a surprise to find this nice restaurant in an old church. The location is fantastic. The restaurant was full so we decided to go somewhere else and come back another day... but even if we stayed 4 days in Killorglin we missed it 'cause the restaurant only opens during the weekend! A tapas restaurant in Ireland isn't something we were actually looking for, but the room was really nice. Could have been amazing. If you are interested book in advance and good luck

Ресторан находится в замке, вход не там где показывает Гугл, вам нужно с улицы которую показывают карты повернуться к кругу и там завернуть налево, пройти вверх по улице вы увидите проход в домах, а там замок, ресторан находится прям в здании замка, очень вкусные морепродукты система похожая на испанские тапас, но больше мы на двоих съели 2 маленьких тапас и 1 большой и картошку с трюфелем и наелись
