What a fabulous place that combines shopping and exploration. There are loads of little nooks for each family with heaters on all of them. Kids books crayons colouring sheets etc.

Our Halloween Afternoon at SOLAS Eco Garden Centre Cafe was fabulous despite the weather ☔💧⛈️☔ We had ghoulish sweet & savoury treats served in the cozy surroundings of the indoor lounge. Our Spooky Afternoon Tea included A variety of Potions of teas/ Coffees Wickedly delicious finger sandwiches Sinister scones with devilish clotted cream & spooky jams Haunting good treats including witches fingers, spooky meringue ghosts, spider brownies, cupcakes €25 pp Family Discount: Bookings of 4 or more price is 20€ pp SOLAS will offer Christmas themed afternoon tea in the run up to Christmas.

Great service from friendly staff throughout. We ordered some delicious food, really nice enjoyed it very much in lovely surroundings , garden centre and shop lovely to look around and pick up some nice healthy plants... would definitely recommend Solas restaurant and garden centre to friends and family to visit . I will be back

Super garden centre. Love the chilled out vibe. Great quality plants, fab food, safe outdoor area for kids to play in, great selection in the shop of new and secondhand items. What's not to love!

Amazing place! Suitable for people with all kinds of disabilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great high quality food selection and all is eco! Halumi salad was absolutely delicious!!! Highly recommended!

Just home from Solas and so pleased with our visit. Went over to buy some plants for a large shrub bed we are revamping in the estate.Met Danielle who couldn’t have been more informative and helpful. She spent a lot of time with us and showed us what would work in our shrub bed and suggested how and where to place them and how best to care for what we bought. We were hoping to get plants that didn’t need a lot of upkeep and she listened to us and recommended plants that fit that requirement. Couldn’t be happier with what we got and the fact that it will all be delivered free by Friday is a huge bonus.Will definitely be back over in the spring and hope to meet Danielle again to help us pick out summer flowering plants for the bed. A 5 star service from start to finish.
