Very unique shopping,eating experience eceletic environment, very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good value and served till 12 which is always a plus for me. Very reasonable at 10 euro including a delicious coffee.

Great place. Staff are very knowledgable. Very eco friendly. Great craft market first Sunday of every month.

Went here for their "garden festival". It was disappointing. The garden centre is good, nothing special. The food was nice as was the decor. The plant selection was dire for a garden festival. They didn't seem to order in any extra shrubs or perennials for this event. Its of course too early for a large range of bedding so the focus should've been perennials. With the exception of new wallflowers it looked like it was all last years stock that didn't sell and the variety was poor. They advertised great offers on their social media when in reality almost all offers were end of season plants or autumn sowing bulbs... imagine trying to flog last years allium bulbs in March for only 30% off. Kids area is just all weather grass with a couple of bikes, a ball, a little plastic slide and a filthy sandpit. Not worth the drive from Dublin when I would've been better off going to woodies. Oversold and under delivered

Fantastic place, great food (I got a mexcian chicken wrap) 100% recommend, good prices, staff are really nice super helpful, well worth the visit. Free wifi too, always an added bonus.

We went to Solas on a Monday morning for a nice walk with our toddler and to pick up some Christmas gifts. The shop and food court are so lovely and it was a really nice place to wander and browse. The highlight though was when our toddler rang the Santa bell. Santa wasn't meant to be in and we hadn't booked a visit - we just let her ring the bell because it was there! But as a school event had been on, Santa happened to be in his grotto. Santa couldn't have been kinder to my daughter who couldn't believe her luck. He invited us into his grotto and posed for a photo while my toddler helped herself to his hat! Santa absolutely didn't need to go out of his way like that, but he did, and it made our day. Thank you so much Solas Santa!!! We will be back next time (with a booking!!)

Different to regular garden centres with a variety of items but plant selection is better elsewhere. Love the milk vending machine.
