Not only the best coffee shop in Cork, but a community hub where people come together and share good vibes. The owners are exceptional people who care for their staff and work themselves to the ground (pun intended) to deliver an unbelievable product. Some Dose is a meeting place for old friends, for making new friends or even a quiet solitary moment on the bench looking out the window. If 6 stars were an option they would have gotten it.

Just popped in for a coffee, couldn't resist the pain au chocolat—both absolutely divine. Lovely people too. Just the pick-me-up I needed on a dreary Cork morning!

My husband and I come here regularly since we work from home nearby. Wonderful local business that really brightens up the area. It's pet friendly too - we sometimes bring our cat! Very tasty coffee and treats, plus they sell local crafters' work as well.

Okura Japanese Cuisine

23/02/2025: This was our second visit and just as enjoyable. We can highly recommend Okura roll in particular. Great customer service too, although the prices are a little high otherwise we'd have been visiting more often.

15/02/2025: I have only used the leisure facilities, the outdoor pool is fantastic, warm with a nice view, the spa area is very nice, they have heated beds, a water feature and nice background music to help you relax, and every kind of sauna you could possibly think of plus a jacuzzi! I have seen in other spa's a fruit bowl, which I thought was a great idea and something I would have liked added and, please, larger size dressing gowns, small people look fine in larger dressing gowns, big people just look stupid!
14/02/2025: Lovely hotel couldn't look for anything more staff was so friendly would recommend this hotel to anyone who is just looking for a,nite away the room was lovely also no complains hope to return some day
