Steak wasn’t the best but the flavour combinations across the menu are unreal. Suzana was a 10/10 server. Drinks are absolutely delicious too

Wonderful time at this restaurant! Great food and rooftop views of the city. Caitlin and Sebastian were wonderful waiters, even offering and writing down advice about places to visit in the city. Great attention to detail and overall super friendly! Would highly recommend.

After just driving from Dublin to Galway and sightseeing along the way, we were starving and looking for a great meal and a cocktail to shake off the road. Sophie's Rooftop Bar was perfect! We also got very lucky in getting the beautiful, friendly and AWESOME waitress CAITLIN HANLEY. She gave us a list of her favorite places to go to in town and introduced us to Miclin' s amazing whiskey and poitin. Food was fantastic, the rooftop bar views were really cool and the hospitality was unrivaled. Gotta stop here and ask for Caitlin!! So much fun. Psyched to come back soon from the US.
