Went there for the roof top view however the Irish weather was not on our side. However, great place. The food and drinks were great, had the buffalo chicken burger. Great taste, just the right amount of kick to it. The added green were nice for good conscience.

Service was good but food was pricey. A lot of people taking photographs of themselves, with their food, on the swings (there was a queue for this!) and in front of the windows in the restaurant. It was a bit irritating but maybe it's not the place for me!!

The prices in this bar are extremely expensive 55 euros for a bottle of rose wine. £10 euros for a tiny moktail. A complete rip off. The men who appear to be in charge are off hand and arrogant too. Avoid

Only stopped at the bar for drinks, but what a lovely place! My alcohol-free beverage (called 'Red & Green') was amazing - so very, very tasty. Hubby had a Guinness, of course, even at 10:30am. Our bartender was friendly and attentive, and continued prepping for the day seamlessly. We hope to go back for a meal before heading home to the States.

28/11/2025: I love this coffee shop! The staff are so kind, the chai latte is amazing, and next time I’m definitely trying their soup; it smells incredible! I can hear them making it fresh in the kitchen right now

There’s something very special about Basil’s, as you step in the lighting is perfection, you’re wrapped in a warm glow immediately & then the aroma of freshly brewed coffee fills the air. Then there’s Farzan, open & friendly & the epitome of service with a smile. There’s freshly cut sandwiches & sweet treats a’plenty not to mention the sauna & cold plunge directly next door. The whole offering can only be described as ‘unique’. Don’t visit Dublin without stopping off at Basil’s, you’ll be very glad you did!

28/12/2025: Absolutely love this place it is an amazing restaurant. The food is always excellent and reasonably priced. There are great specials and the staff are lovely. Highly recommend.
