Sophie's in Dublin

Beautiful place with a brilliant sunset view. I turned up without a booking and was lucky enough to get a high table for two, looking at the sunset and the rooftops in Dublin. The pizza was delicious and served quickly, my friend also enjoyed her pasta. Great atmosphere, would really recommend you visit!

We were in on Saturday night (12th April) for dinner to celebrate a friend’s 40th and what a great choice we made! The food was delicious, the setting is lovely but most importantly the staff were amazing! Unfortunately I did not get the names of those serving us but they really added to our experience. Having a laugh with us and making us feel very welcome. We still had some drinks to finish by the time they needed the table back for the next booking but they went out their way to find us a place to sit and make sure we were happy with it. We were visiting for the weekend from Scotland but will defo be back next time we’re in Dublin.

It was my birthday and I received a free dessert – super nice! The view is amazing and the food was delicious too. They give you free water, and the waitress was always happy to refill it.

Everything was just perfect, good portions.

Food was generally good, however, service was noticeably slow, even though it was a weekday lunchtime.

An impressive place, beautiful decoration, with an atmospheric terrace, background music and exquisite food. The food prices are average, perhaps not the drinks, somewhat expensive, but in general terms, a place to repeat. Dogs are allowed on the smoking terrace.

The drinks are creative and delicious, and the staff are super friendly, making the whole experience feel laid-back but special. Whether you’re out for a romantic evening, catching up with friends, or just want a cool spot to unwind above the city—Sophie’s delivers. Pro tip: get there a little before golden hour and grab a seat by the window. You won’t regret it.

Het was een beetje lastig om te boeken maar het was een leuke ervaring. Een hip rooftop restaurant. Leuk uitzicht, vriendelijke bediening en lekker eten.
