Popped in for a few pints and cocktails with the. Wife. .. very good value. And football was on the big screen icing on cake abi and kayleigh. Are good crack. Very cheerful

Went here for a meal after some shopping at Kildare Village staff & the food were lovely The milkshake is not great value for money as it was quite expensive but it did taste very nice - All together would recommend.

Visited soul burger this evening for a pizza. Burger and few nibbles and food was great. Staff were friendly. Special credit to waitress. Kayleigh. Very polite and happy to do her job .

Went up for a meal tonight for 2 was seated down by a your guy seamed nice enought was giving 2 menus waited over 20 mins and no one came to take our order when I looked out at the staff 3 of them where just sitting down doing nothing very disappointing after driving up from dublin to have a nice meal

An absolute must if your from or every passing through or by kildare town, everything on the menu can be made vegan and everything I've had so far on my 3 visits has been delicious, fast service (takeaway) prices are fair for the quality you get and the staff are always lovely! There's nowhere else like this I know of in Ireland and definitely worth going out of your way for, it's only 4 mins off the motorway too so ideal for getting when your on the road. 10/10

26/12/2025: Arrrrgh god this is a good place. Great great value for money. Big fillings, great kick to the blackened chicken. They aren’t afraid.. great quick efficient service like a factory line. Seating can get packed so be prepared to get a takeaway. Didn’t have to wait 35+ minutes unlike some places.. great place all round. Great value for money. Better bowls than boojum and way healthier. Keep up the great work. PS. BYOS (bring your own spoons) other than that sweet as
19/12/2025: I had the Middle Eastern wrap it was amazing. My wife had the taco bowl and it was equally as nice. Recommended. Nice to have a place like this in Kildare.

The Gallops Bar & Restaurant

21/03/2026: This review is a bit of a mixed bag unfortunately. The servers were overall very friendly, but took way too long at each step to take our orders. Often we felt forgotten and had to directly catch staff walking by before we would be served. The booth we got was quite comfortable and suited us well, but unfortunately there was a very loud family (12-14 people) right beside us who repeatedly yelled throughout our entire visit which really dampened our time there. The food was flawless though. I had wings, my wife and friend had the Vol au Vent, and my other friend had the lasagne. All excellent. The secret sauce is also almost exactly the same as sauce I used to get on wings in Roadhouse in Carlow. They were immaculate. 4 stars for now because I think the other aspects that let the experience down have a lot of opportunity to be better on other days.
16/02/2026: Fillet Steak on a hot rick with all the trimmings €28.00 mid week.... can't get better than that
