Sparks in Dublin

Everything was amazing. The tequila sunrise, the bruschetta, the spagetti carbanara, the lamb chops. 10/10 recommend

Stopped in for a late lunch following the Saint Patrick’s parade and we were very impressed! Everything was phenomenal! We had a lovely Bordeaux with a caprese salad and shrimp and chorizo appetizers. The lobster and crab ravioli were amazing! My son had spaghetti fruta de mare and my husband had the carbonara. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Our host was very friendly and shared tidbits of local area and recommended a trip to the top of the small lighthouse right outside. We highly recommend the Sparks Bistro!

Never fails to impress. Plenty to choose from and anything I've had there has been lovely. Sometime you wish there was more on the plate it's that good.

My compliments to our waiter who greeted us with great conversation and enthusiasm, food is unbelievably delicious 10/10.

The food was okay. I had a steak sandwich, the meat was soft the Ciabatta bread was tiny, it was obviously sourced in say Tesco. I think they should have slightly larger bread made especially for €16.95, the portion of chips was tiny. The chips were mediocre. To be honest I wasn't expecting Micheline levels but if your menu is largely made up of Sandwiches then at least make a sandwich that is memorable and not memorable in the way you definitely know that you will not eat there again. The decor, service and location were nice.

Located around the corner from Jameson’s, Sparks is the perfect place to get food to soak up some of that whiskey. The fish & chips and chicken burger were just right! The servers were all so nice and the food was delivered quickly. Be sure to take note of the cool wine glass chandelier when you’re there.

La segunda vez que visitamos Sparks y nos quedamos aún más impresionados esta vez. No solo la comida es realmente buena, sino que para mí es el servicio al cliente personal. El propietario está allí con sus empleados y viene alrededor de las mesas para ver si usted está bien. Tenía libro inicialmente para 22 personas y el sábado por la mañana Hassan me llamó personalmente para ver si había algún cambio. En esta etapa 3 personas habían abandonado y cuando llegamos a las 3 pm había 5 más no shows que me sentí mal, pero Hassan dijo que no era culpa de nadie. Tenía un plato de langostino con pasta y era 10 de cada 10. Los 13 dejamos platos limpios. Puedes ver la comida que se cocina frente a ti. Todo el personal es muy agradable y muy eficiente. Definitivamente volveré.

Definitivamente sobrevalorado. Fui por recomendación de un empleado de la tienda de regalos Jameson. La comida era demasiado cara y poco condimentada. Tenía mejillones como aperitivo; el caldo era muy bueno, de lo contrario calificaría esto con un 2.
