Stopped for 'fuel' and a quick look at the big hill on the way to Cork. Club sandwich was v tasty.... And a nice coffee to keep in company. Parking was straightforward in one of the many on street pay and display bays located in neighbouring streets. Also have to mention the lovely cake that forgot to photograph!

11/05/2026: Will remember Cashel because of this space and Joel and Marijke ..who welcomed us and made us feel at home.
02/05/2026: We walked in to an empty restaurant at 6:30 pm on a Friday (every other place in town was full), so we weren’t expecting much. The food was delivered in takeout containers. We were surprised to find out it was from a trailer out back. The food was excellent! The Rustic Food Trailer has been doing this for about 6 months. The trailer is run by a young couple, he’s from Lithuania and she is from the Ukraine.

26/05/2026: Service was great, lovely Irish band that played on Monday night. Would have appreciated if they served food, would have stayed here all night if that were the case :).
24/05/2026: We arrived in time for the music. The pub was very cute, great drinks and live music was playing.
