09/05/2026: The sweet potato soup of the day was amazing, it was my favorite thing I've had in Ireland so far!

28/12/2025: We visited the place to get a coffee and some cake. The blond waitress already gave us a dirty look when we told her that we were having coffe and cake “for now”, and with our coffee half finish the waitress approached us again with the bill and asked us to leave the table coss there was people waiting to be seated. Not even 30 minutes after being served. She didn’t even bother to ask if we were gonna get anything else to eat. It’s a pity because the cake and the coffee was lovely and the food looked unreal but just because of the awful and unpolite customer services I would never visit the place again nor much less recommend it to anyone…

23/12/2025: Delicious coffee latte! Cozy, family-friendly atmosphere. The best thing about the place... Mata, attentive, helpful, professional, kind, and caring... every time we go to Cashel, it's a must-stop!

28/04/2026: We went for Sunday lunch here and were so delighted with our experience. The building itself is so beautiful, and worth stopping in for a drink even if you don't have time for a meal. I'm vegan and couldn't see anything listed on the menu, but they were able to provide me with a delicious 3 course meal, a vegan surprise, if you will :) Often the vegan options at places feel like an afterthought, something quickly thrown together, but this meal was so good I ate every bite. The servers were wonderful too, with one of them even offering to run to the shop to grab plant-based milk when they were out of it (above and beyond!! Obviously I said it wasn't necessary, haha). Also very reasonably priced for such quality of food. Highly recommend!

31/10/2025: It's a very nice place, with an amazingly good atmosphere. The price-value ratio is also excellent, but what made it truly memorable was the friendly service.

14/05/2026: Had lunch here. Service and food was excellent. Very busy place. Great to be able to sit outside still sheltered from rain. On a cold winters evening a nice warm coal fire burning. Ideal for a private party upstairs.

24/04/2026: We stopped here on the drive to Cork and the food was incredible and the staff was so kind. They offered to serve lunch 45 minutes before it was time for us. 4 of us ordered different things and all of it was so delicious. It is definitely worth the stop!

27/04/2026: Your perfect neighbourhood cafe! Amazing staff with good food and they were serving food late in the afternoon while other restaurants’ kitchens had already shut ! Their parking is kinda quirk in a cool way - it seems like a fuel station converted. Reasonable pricing

13/05/2026: I could honestly kiss the chefs! After travelling around Ireland for the past two weeks, myself and those travelling with me have been struggling with the food quality here comparative to Australia. The conversion rate, matched with the lower standard of food, has had us a bit bummed. However, upon ordering here at Baileys - we were blown away! The food was EXCEPTIONAL! The best steak we've had here in all of Ireland. The chicken stir fry was tasty, the rice was great and the baked potato, delicious! The rooms are clean, service was phenomenal and the people were lovely! Couldn't recommend highly enough.

18/12/2025: Fantastic pub to watch a match. Pub was small and quiet with 2 TVs. Staff very friendly. They don't serve food bar crisps/nuts.

11/12/2025: A big call but probably the friendliest and one of the best pubs we have visited in Ireland. The owners are wonderful and so welcoming and the other customers were the same and just a great place for a few drinks and would be on the top of my list for any time in the area.

26/02/2026: Honestly. We walked in. Lots of staff behind the counter. All looked terrified. One looked at us and looked away like we might bite. We just wanted a table for two. After a few minutes a girl came to seat us. She was friendly. We got a table and a water jug. I wish I'd taken a photo of the fish tank. There's two giant gold fish in the smallest filthiest tank. It's so sad. We were right next to it. Gold fish need space, they need a big tank. It's so cruel to keep them so confined. The staff couldn't make any eye contact, except the one girl. They genuinely looked as though they'd get in trouble for looking at customers. We left and didn't order so can't say anything about the food but what we saw coming out to other tables didn't look anything like it does on their online menu. Take from that what you will.

05/04/2026: On our trip to Dublin on 04th APRIL, we stopped in Cashel and decided to have a quick meal at Mikey Ryan’s Bar and Kitchen. We chose the risotto and the chicken burger, and both were tasty and well prepared. Everything was correct, and the service was friendly. The restaurant is in a convenient location, and parking is available nearby, though you need to pay for it. Two hours is the maximum time allowed, but it was enough to enjoy our meal and have a short walk around Cashel afterwards.

05/10/2025: We stopped by for coffee and pastries in the morning. Even though it was early, we were immediately greeted by a very nice woman behind the counter. She went through a few of our options and gave us some recommendations. I had a delicious blueberry, pear tart. I will definitely be back if I’m ever in the area again.

26/10/2025: Just passing here Sunday 26/10/2025 to get a crepe lemon& sugar and sweet chilli chicken panini takeaway and realised when back to my location Thurles: there was no lemon and no sugar at all in it. I could admit lemon may be absorbed in the crepe but no trace of sugar at all on the plate, crepe or even sticky foil. Disappointed ☹️ as I was also billed for the crepe and lemon and sugar price☹️☹️ Reason given when I phoned: young staff…
