Of all of the well-researched restaurants we visited, this was universally our favorite. Somehow eight of us each ordered meals we loved. I feel certain my burrata salad eclipsed them all though! It was a perfectly balanced blend of sweet and savory. The service was attentive and helpful. The restaurant itself was chic and well appointed! We were so delighted with our meal that we even ordered desserts! I wish we could be regulars here.

Was in this restaurant for the first time today, it was amazing, food was exceptional, very quick service and lovely friendly staff, would definitely recommend this amazing restaurant to anyone, it's the best restaurant I was ever in

Had sn excellent lunch at Bowes. Super service. We had to wait a bit as we walked in at a busy Sunday lunch with no reservations. But they gave us the menu and it really was less than 10 minutes. Handled very well. Would definitely return and recommend.

I highly recommend Bowes. It is a really quaint restaurant with lot's of quirky features. The food is top class and really really good coffee. Above all are Mary, Aoife and all the staff. They are so friendly and chatty. Overall a great place to eat and drink when in Cashel. 5 star's.
