TJ Ryan Traditional Irish Pub in Cashel legal

We stopped in to this wonderful pub after a walk around Rock of Cashel and the abbey ruins. It was a very warm and humid September day so we ordered two pints of Guinness to feel better. As luck would have it, the Guinness distributors were in the pub for their monthly meeting so the pints were on them. The bartender/owner Joan was lovely…welcoming, warm and friendly. We so enjoyed chatting with her. It was so nice to relax and enjoy just being in beautiful Ireland with a few pints and friendly people. If you’re ever in the area, TJ Ryan pub is worth stopping in Cashel. We will DEFINITELY return on our next visit to this wonderful country.

Exceptional Irish coffee. The owner and staff are super friendly. The pub itself is a very beautiful, traditional pub. He recommended a whisky for me to buy, and without buying it, he expertly let me taste it for free. Highly recommended.

A great old fashioned Irish pub. No food but a great vibe and pint!

What a pub. Staff super friendly, have made my family and myself feel so welcome whenever we visit. Its a proper pub, that will do you a toastie if youre feeling a bit peckish. Our 1st port if call everytime we visit Cashel. Oh, the Guinness is the dogs nuts as well!!

Lovely, friendly welcome in this perfect Irish pub.

Stopped into T.J. Ryan Traditional Irish Pub after the Rock and this was one of those places that just hits right. The bartender was exactly what you’d hope for, welcoming, easy to talk to, and made you feel like a regular within minutes. Ended up grabbing toasties and they were so good we went back for seconds, simple food done really well. Sat back with a pint of Guinness and just took in the atmosphere. Warm, relaxed, and one of those spots you don’t rush out of.
