Has to be the nicest lamb vindaloo ive had, 100% spot on lovely, chips too very nice hand cut chipper chips not them frozen ones. Nan bread and rice both amazing, lovely heat from the vindaloo and lamb nice and tender, the lads are sound too, nice meeting you guys, ill definitely be back, the lad from dublin in the truck if you remember 😀 amazing food 😋

Got a mixed kebab out of here last night and it was wonderful. Packed with meat, lovely sauce wrapped in fresh naan. Thanks for the recommendation @Brian Buckley

My friend Alan Counihan went here tonight and said it was tops. His brother Shane lives in London but Spiceville is always his first stop when he gets home. These men know their fast food. I’ve never tried it myself but it’s on the list

Oak Fire Pizza

14/10/2026: A very nice place for pizza. The pizza is tasty, and the service is wonderful, despite how busy the place was. The food arrived quite quickly and was very high quality. I highly recommend it.

29/06/2026: Great shop with a very nice deli. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Great selection of pizza bases, sausages and rashers in the fridge
12/05/2026: Found myself in Blackrock today and happened across On a Platter Deli. The coffee is so good I can't even begin to describe it, I would drive out of my way just for another one really soon. Had a beautiful sandwich which was freshly made and have to say 10 out of 10 all round. The service was super, happy and attentive staff, the selection was more than ample (everything from Vegan delights to meat lovers dreams) and the real family feel to the shop means I would definitely be back. Thank you On a Platter for making my day.
