Spicy Affair in Inniscrone

Food was fairly good and portions were well sized, however the service was poor. There was a long wait for food as takeaway orders were prioritised, the waitresses weren’t very willing to help and the one who took our order was a bit rude. Overall 3 star

Excellent range of lovely food. Waiting times can get out of hand at busy times as it is the only only Asian takeaway in town.

went for a sit down without reservation, first people there for a table of four. wait time was fairly quick for the food. we ordered a starter between us and then 3 mains with 2 rice and one chip and we each had some of each. portion size was maybe a little small but also just right that your not left feeling completely stuffed. food was lovely and tasty. the young waitress was very plesant and friendly. little high pricewise but overall very tasty and will certainly be back again. also made sure to give the young waitress a tip as she was very kind and made sure during our visit that everything was fine and accompanied anything we wanted :)

I love Indian food and never have high expectations when eating outside of the UK or India. Spicy affair is the only Indian restaurant in Enniscrone and the food is great. Papadums are wonderful, fresh and crisp. First night I had saag paneer, partner had tandoori chicken and children had nuggets. 2 nights later they asked to go back. They had tandoori chicken, I had tikka paneer starter and sag aloo side with garlic naan. All hot, fresh and full of flavour. I sent my compliments into the chef. They don’t serve alcohol so bring your own with €8 charge. They supply glasses and iceIt was also a busy takeaway. If you like Indian food do not miss this one -I highly recommend

This is a very good Indian however it is pricey and the portions are smaller than comparable places I have been. I prefer to takeaway than to sit in as the service can be slow. Front desk not always attended.
