I’m obsessed with these bowls. Pretty average prices for Dublin lunch and in a good central location. It’s nice to feel like you’re having a healthier choice too because city centre food can feel limiting sometimes.

to the two people working here on friday night (8th of march) i absolutely would give my souls to you- you were so kind to me and my boyfriend and gave me the most soul slapping wrap/ chicken burrito of my life genuinely ceased my hunger thank you guys again

Went there just one time and it was the best experience ever! The food is fresh and delicious, the staff just lovely, the guy who helped me ordering the food was amazing. I’m coming back for sure!!

Love this place. Delicious salads. Decent value as nice amount of food per salad/bowl. I'm only giving 3 stars for atmosphere because I always do take out.

Went to the Sprout on Exchequer St for lunch and it was fantastic!! Such nice fresh food, really healthy with options for everything to be vegetarian or vegan also!!🌟 walking back we saw another Sprout on Dawson st so stopped off at the bakery at the front of the store for cinnamon swirls and cookies 11/10🫶
