Their food is fresh and good, their staff work clean and efficient. Their blackened chicken taco bowl is one of the best meals I have had in Ireland the past year, if not the best. Keep it up!

Great service from Oisin , was a pleasure to chat with an enthusiastic young person that took time to explain menu on my first visit, ordere warm bowls, Christmas bowl and vegan chicken-please bowl to take home both were delicious, especially the harissa beans, meals full of flavour, great to have such a healthy meal option, I'll be back!

The quantity of a salad is good! They taste very good. Upstairs there are fewer people and it is heated. The service is friendly. I recommend the middle east chicken bowl.

We eat in Sprout & Co anytime we go to Kildare Village. Yesterday there was a mistake on my order, where I was given chicken instead of tofu. Once my husband pointed this out, the staff were very apologetic & kindly replaced my meal & refunded us for it. When my husband went to order our coffees the girl told the staff not to charge him. We appreciated the apology & kind gesture very much. We always get a large portion when we go there & the food always tastes fresh. I always order the tofu sataysfied bowl which has a lovely flavour & my husband ordered the new Mediterranean fish bowl & said it was very tasty.

Some of the nicest food around and always fresh. Lovely friendly staff. There’s lots of variety on the menu too including tofu which is great as a vegetarian 😊

I met this small curly haired girl with a white T-shirt she greeted me with a smile which also made me smile it was very heartwarming.She was very polite and offered me great service she surely made my day.
