Sprout & Co Kildare Village in Kildare

Got the Paprika Chika and it was a good portion size I must say!! Fresh rocket and greens lovely chicken and added some Feta to it and it was bloody delish! I will absolutely be back for sure.. absolutely yummy food !!

Tried the Chicken Cashew Crunch at Sprout & Co in Kildare Village and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was tender, the cashews added a perfect crunch, and the mix of fresh greens and veggies was super refreshing. The dressing tied everything together beautifully—light, zesty, and full of flavor. Great spot for a healthy, satisfying meal after shopping. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious, nourishing n refreshing. I had always heard good things about the place, finally got to visit n witness the hype. Transparent food station to understand what n how your food is being made. Tried the Mediterranean bowl and the broccoli for starter . Top notch taste and presentation.

Unnecessarily loud music making it hard to hear what the lovely people counter are asking for. Appreciate the patience of staff repeating themselves. Nonetheless great and delicious food!
