impeccable stuff. an earthquake hit as the barista was bringing my coffee over but they managed to not spill too much of it and i even got to keep the wallet that they dropped without realising.

12/06/2026: I would like to compliment Starbucks for the quality of its products and the welcoming atmosphere. Most of the time, I have a great experience in your stores. However, I would also like to share a suggestion. It might be beneficial to have a more balanced team, including more male staff members. On some occasions, I have noticed that certain employees seem unmotivated or in a bad mood, which can affect the quality of customer service. I believe excellent customer service is one of the most important parts of the Starbucks experience, and I hope this feedback can be helpful. Thank you for your attention.
