We will definitely eat here again to try more of their dishes. Really tasty & reasonably priced. Portions are pretty spot on too. Server was lovely and helpful as we’d not been there before.

Absolutely love Stew Store Douglas! It’s easily one of the best places in Cork for Indian food. They serve a great variety of flavorful bowls — their signature Chicken Tikka Masala and Beef Rohan Ghosh are my personal favorites. The dosas are delicious, and the samosas are a must-try. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Indian dishes!

Got Chicken Katsu curry. Not bad but not great either. They advertise fluffy rice and it is. Rice shouldn't be fluffy despite what (uncle)Ben's says. Curry was not the most flavourful.

Stew Store is a delightful place to eat. There is something for everyone. The food warms your heart and your senses especially in a climate like Ireland. I loved the laksa and highly recommend you try it.

19/09/2025: Clean, prompt, good vibe, easy interaction. I'm a fusspot who always makes my own breakfast, and the lady was 100% there for that and everything came out perfectly. Great place for a nice traditional breakfast, 100% happy with the experience.
05/09/2025: A true Irish pub, this one can say is 100% Irish. Irish food is served here, and of course, a full Irish breakfast. I can tell you, after a full Irish breakfast, you don't need food for the rest of the day, but it all depends on how much money you intend to spend. Birthday parties are held here; the pub is huge, so you can do whatever you want.
