Stew Store in Cork

I saw this on tik tok from London , where I live , before I went home to Cork for a visit , although I love the Irish food , take aways are not great compared to the choices I have here in central London , that is with the exception of The Stew Store 😋 the flavour of this food was 10 out of 10 🥰 better than award winning restaurants I have eaten out of in London , the staff and owner were just the nicest people ever , I was home for 5 days and 3 of the days I ate Stew Store 😃, my dad who is elderly also loved the food 😃😋 portions are great prices are amazing great value for money , I just cannot wait till June when I'm home again so I can indulge in this beautiful food all over again 🥰 Thank you Stew Store ❤️

Absolutely love this place. Fast food service and always fresh and delicious. Love this place and will always come back. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. 100% recommend.

I first tried their dishes at their other restaurant and was already blown away, but what I enjoy about this particular one is that they've got a different offering and more size options so if you wanted a little less (of the already very very generous portions) you can. They are more than happy to give you a taste or make suggestions and recommendations for what pairs with what and usually have a new or interesting option, well worth it. I almost cannot recommend any one dish, because they're all fantastic and worth giving a try to branch out, but their staple, the Chicken Tikka Masala, is an eye-opener and one I cannot recommend enough! Owned and run by an absolutely lovely couple, with a clear passion and enthusiasm for good and real dishes from around the world, they'll open your mind and pallet to what we've been missing out on. Absolute customer for life.

Very tasty stews and good portions. Some of the dishes use frozen carrots but they taste like cardboard and really bring down the quality.

Delicious stews and curries. The staff are clearly very passionate about what they do. Couldn't recommend them enough.

The food is delicious and amazing value compared to other restaurants selling similar options! But most importantly the service was outstanding. I didn't know what anything tasted like and the woman let me try the food to make sure I'd leave with a choice I would enjoy!

The best curry in Cork. Try the Rogan Josh. Comes with bread and poppadom and very well presented. But most importantly, extremely delish.

Amazing food. As an Indian, I can say that their Indian dishes are the best and most authentic you can get in Cork/Ireland. The other ones are great too.

I decided to try this place because the food looked interesting. Cannot lie it was delicious. The only thing that changed my mind about the place was that I saw them put my food into a microwave. Very disappointed. Was expecting fresh. Foe the price too, you would expect fresh.
