I‘d give 6 stars if i could. We missed the booked apointment and showed up 1 day later (not Aware that we botched the booking). The Team quickly tried to prepare the tasting and were extremely friendly and tried to manage the Situation Perfectly. And my god is their Heart in it. If you Are into Gin and alcohol making, come here, taste, discuss and have a lovely time.

We had a great gin experience last wednesday at Stillgarden with our host Jake. He had a great way of telling us about the Gin distilling process and the interesting stories about gin, but most importent of all, the gin tasted great! We really recommend this experience, when you’re in Dublin.

Went for a gin tasting with 3 friends. Jake was informative, kind and fun. One of the best tour experiences I’ve ever had. Love the gin and this places’ dedication to making a uniquely Irish product.

Had a gin tasting on a Wednesday afternoon with 3 others. Jake was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and shared additional details when it came to the distillation process and local ingredients they’re able to use in their gin. Highly recommended - def one of the best tastings ive been to and would def go back for the gin making class :) Thanks again to Jake!

03/10/2024: Fuimos un viernes para los 5: 00 pm té alto. El servicio fue fantástico, con tazas de té siempre rellenas y una gran variedad para elegir. Los sándwiches, bollos, pasteles y dulces eran increíbles en sabor, frescura y diseños artísticos. Casi temíamos dañar algunos, pero lo hicimos y los sabores eran geniales. Solo concedí un 4 aunque como la habitación está abierta al vestíbulo principal y durante los primeros 15 minutos de nuestro té de 90 minutos, un grupo muy alborotado y ruidoso de huéspedes del hotel en el área del vestíbulo gritaban, animándose entre sí hasta el punto de que sonaba seriamente como un bar deportivo durante un partido de fútbol campeonato. La administración de un hotel fino como este debe someter educadamente tal comportamiento, no solo para aquellos en esta habitación, sino para todos los huéspedes.
24/07/2024: Maak zeker de high-tea eens mee maar ik raad aan om 's middags NIET te eten want zowel de hapjes (zout, zoet) als de thee zijn meer dan voldoende en worden ook aangevuld. Prachtige kunstwerkjes, zeer professionele bediening en zeer romantische setting.
