Stillgarden Distillery in Dublin

A great experience! We did the gin making class where you take home a bottle and it couldn't have been any better! Glen was our host and was incredibly fun and informative. We had delicious gin and tonics to start before learning about Stillgarden and tasting the different gins. Then we picked the ingredients to create our own gin, made cocktails, ate charcuterie, and enjoyed everyone's company while waiting for the gin to be infused and bottled. I cannot recommend this experience enough, everything was delicious and Glen and the other patrons made it one of our favorite nights in Ireland!

Gin Tasting was a fabulous experience! And Marcus was charming and delightful, informative and witty and easy on the eyes too! Cannot recommend going here enough!!! Delicious welcome drink, followed by enjoyable and informative history of gin and the company. And the tasting is yummy and inspiring (even walked out with 2x of the tasters in mini bottle forms). Gift shop is reasonably priced for takehomes! Definitely a pit stop at Rascals (it's literally right next door) for Pizza before or after, it's a perfect non-touristy night!

Wow!!! Glen first and foremost is the best tour guide. We somehow got to do the tour by ourselves for the distillery tour. Best luck today. We came in and asked to just have a drink first and Glen helped us pick what we liked best (flower notes or fruity or dry, etc). And we loved it!! Then the tour. Very cool, very informative and of course very very good drinks & tastings. Glen knew every answer to the questions we asked. We also got to meet the owner Vicky during it and she was so nice. 12/10 would recommend.

We did the cocktail masterclass and it was a great experience! Our host was very knowledgeable and showed us around the distilleries lab and distillation area as well as showing us how to make different types of cocktails. Whole experience lasted just over an hour to an hour and a half, but didn't feel rushed and we could take our time throughout. Thoroughly recommend!

My daughter treated me to a cocktail making class at Stillgarden Distillery. We had a wonderful time. Glen who greeted us was so welcoming. Marcus, the instructor was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and great fun. We were also shown how gin is made and I finally understand Boyle's Law !! 😂 It was a great experience and I would go again. The customer service was excellent. A big thumbs up for the whole experience.

Great distillery experience, dynamic and fun. And you go home with your own gin!

Had the greatest time at Stillgarden Distillery this past week. We signed up for the gin distillation class and it exceeded our expectations. Our guide was knowledgeable, charismatic, and informative in teaching us about the history and process of creating gin, as well as the history and operations of the distillery. When it came time to create our own personal gin recipes, the guide and owner were invaluable it helping guide us as well as provide detailed and thoughtful advice to help improve our gins. Following the beginning of our distillation, we were taken on a tour of the distillery as well as given a cocktail making course which were both very enjoyable. At the end of it all, we were presented with our own bottles of gin, that we had created. I cannot reccomend enough this experience and this distillery. If you are in Dublin, this is a must visit, their spirits are delicious and the staff is exceptional.

Had an amazing experience in Stillgarden. We booked the gin tasting and afternoon tea to celebrate our friends upcoming wedding and everything was perfect. The food was delicious and it was great to try the different gin flavours.
