The hotel was super clean, the breakfast buffet was the best we had on our trip. The air conditioner did not work in our family suite, so we were given fans the first night which helped; however, we did have to crack the windows. Also, the access to the family suites was only by multiple stairs passages which was inconvenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We were booked in to room 606 on the top floor of this hotel. When we entered the room we were met with an overwhelming wall of heat (approx 30 plus degrees C) We fiddled around the with air-con controls to no avail, even the max fan speed setting felt very underpowered and didn't cool the room at all. I ended up ringing reception and requesting a portable fan, which was brought up very promptly. The room didn't cool much during the night which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. All things said, it's a lovely hotel. Breakfast was very fresh with a great selection to choose from and staff were very friendly. I understand the room is in a corner location with a nearly full glass facade, but on a hot day the room becomes almost unbearable to be in and just doesn't cool down enough My recommendation would be to install a stronger or more effective air-con unit

The hotel is clean, the staff for professional, but the location is not optimal. It is close to buses, but it is at least a 10 to 15 minute walk. To main areas that most people like to be at in Dublin if you are renting a car, there is no parking and the garage is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The parking is very confusing. Other hotels in the area you’re able to pay the reduced parking fee and get the parking ticket validated when you’re ready to leave.

The asset of this property is the staff. The rooms are a bit tired, specifically the bathroom needs to have some bleach. There is orange mould on the grout that I was easily able to wipe away with my thumbnail. Also, there is some mysterious swipes of something on the upper tiles rm 509- and the door looks like it has seen better days along the bottom. These are aesthetic issues and should not persuade you from booking in here. The property is well placed in town and it's actually fairly quiet north of the river. There are two amazing restaurants around the corner, The WoodFire Cafe and La Paussa Cafe. There is a pizza place across the street and walking to the tram is about 12 minutes. The restaurant in this hotel is buffet only and there is no à la carte. Not even a muffin that you can buy separately.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended I had a wonderful experience staying at Maldron Hotel Parnell Square in Dublin. The hotel is very good overall, with extremely friendly and attentive staff who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The breakfast was exceptionally well organized, clean, and offered a great variety of food and drinks, making it a perfect start to the day. There is also a small but very nice bar, ideal for relaxing in the evening. The room was comfortable and well equipped, with coffee, tea, and complimentary water available, along with an electric kettle. The bed was very large and comfortable for a couple, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Overall, a fantastic stay — I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return.

Great 2 night stay here, great location very close to public transport. Arrived early and only too happy to let us leave the bags until check in time. Came back and got the room key, nice room with a double and a single bed, all the tea / coffee making facilities and a good size bathroom. Plenty of wardrobe space to hang clothes and had an ironing board, safe and hairdryer in the room. Good breakfast with plenty to choose from in the morning. Everywhere was clean and well maintained and always smiling staff at reception.
