Lovely food and pub just beside the beach. We had a fantastic lunch and were well looked after.

We booked for 16 people ranging from toddlers to adults, The staff were so accommodating,with great demeanors and the food was delicious Definitely recommend a visit

The best mussels out there! 😋 Tip: I would recommend booking a table in advance, as wait times can be long especially during dinner.

If had to say only one thing it would be to order the mussels in wine sauce. I don't know if I've ever had something so delicious. Our main course was amazing as well, great food and drinks. I would definitely recommend reserving a table as I overheard people being given upwards of an hour wait time (we reserved). Service was good and people were friendly, it was busy so it was a bit slow but what can you do about that.

The Strand came highly recommended by our Airbnb host Clare from MPs at the Tissel. What a beautiful bar. Great food and service. Duncannon is walking distance from MPs Airbnb and Clare is such a thoughtful host, she gave us a lift to and from the Strand. Nachos are delicious

The food was delicious, the shrimp and fish were all fresh to order. We waited less than 10 minutes. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

I haven't eaten a more delicious dish. I highly recommend it.
