Strong’s has long been a favorite for a bit of lunch or just tea & cake but they’re doing a Christmas Sandwich at the moment which beats anything similar I’ve had anywhere. A thick slice of turkey, ham, stuffing & cranberry sauce on lightly toasted bread, it’s a proper festive treat.
Being tired and hungry after returning from holiday, coming to Strong’s was a fantastic decision. The service was exceptional and welcoming and the atmosphere more than comfortable as you will find lovely Christmas decoration mixed with their own coffee shop flair. We arrived just after 12 and could choose from both lunch and breakfast menu. Highly recommend the French toast as well as the Falafel wrap. I even got an additional coffee refill on my cappuccino!
Absolutely lovely place. Didn't know where to eat out so I looked at reviews and menus. This place was bang on.
I had the ham hash omg cooked from scratch. Himself had a full Irish. Nothing was left on the plates let me tell you.
If you want good quality and freshness this is the place. Pricing is good aswell. Staff are lovely and friendly can't beat the good Irish warm welcome. I like to support local small business that's what makes a community.
Place is spacious presentation is fantastic. Unfortunately I didn't get time to take a picture of the food as I was too busy looking at how good it was and we tucked right in. 😁

Very kind staff and even better food, great recommendations on things to do while visiting Ireland - stopped here just to fuel up and ended up being one of the better meals we have had here. Well done!
