Suesey Street in Dublin

Exceptional food. Can’t believe I never went here before but I thought the food was outstanding. Starters were delicious and beautifully presented. We had venison and the halibut for mains. Both excellent. Will be back again!

An absolutely wonderful place. From the moment you arrive the atmosphere is wonderful and food and service amazing - on my list to visit again next time in Dublin!

I organised our corporate end of year night in Suesey Street in 2024 and we had to return in 2025. From my first enquiry and booking with Emma to the end of night it is the perfect venue for us. The restaurant itself has a wonderful atmosphere, from the décor and the lovely warm welcome from John, you know you will have the best experience. Under the guidance of Mattia the staff are perfectly attentive, service is very polished and professional. Executive Chef Dino's menu is always above expectation. A considerate menu for all and no dietary requirement is a problem. We will be back in 2026!

Lovely Atmosphere, Food Lacking This time This was my second visit to Suesey Street. On my first visit over a year ago, the food was excellent and the wine well balanced. Unfortunately, this time the food failed to impress. This is particularly disappointing as the restaurant has a great ambience, with pleasant background music, beautiful Christmas decorations, and genuinely good service. I had the mosaic salmon gravlax to start, which was nicely presented and enjoyable. For the main course, I ordered the cod with saffron sauce—again beautifully presented, but lacking in flavour. Both my friend and I left half of the dish untouched. The praline mousse dessert was also well presented but unremarkable in taste. Additionally, the cocktails were served only half full in a regular-sized cocktail glass, which was disappointing given the price.

I actually went here twice, on my first day, I got a burger and a beer and I thought it was a cool, chill bar. On my tadt night, I went for dinner and realized it was a really nice restaurant. I went in underdressed and without a reservation and they were completely accommodating and really nice

Truly lovely evening. We arrived @ 7pm on a Tuesday evening. There was no wait, but shortly several private parties and other diners arrived. The food was served quickly and was beautifully presented. We had the prawn risotto. Pork and side salad. Everything was perfectly prepared, delicious and quite lovely to look at. The service was gracious, the staff kind and attentive. Highly recommend

We came here for a team dinner and it was a great experience. The staff here were very friendly, attentive and provided excellent experience for the entire group. The interior design of the restaurant was warm with beautiful lighting and elegant decor. We had a prefixed menu with a few items for the group to choose from to help make the ordering experience easier given the size of the group. The dishes were all excellent and the night was overall, a wonderful place for small groups.

Suesey Street is a hidden little gem. I only got to visit for the first time recently. The food, service and ambience were top class. Highly recommend

The staff are on point. It is very up market, intimidating for some, but the amazing staff make you feel like you're very welcome. Higly commendable. This great service is reflected in the price. But I include a photo of the pint of Guinness that we were served. It's honestly unforgivable, and, any other pint would've gone noticed. But we're in D2, this is Dublin, the home of Guinness, the upper end, this is the best.. but this is what we were served..

We recently hosted a client’s wedding lunch on the terrace at Suesey Street, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The entire team were incredibly helpful and professional, assisting with the set-up and working closely with our team in the lead-up to the event. A special thanks to Emma and John, who were exceptionally helpful throughout — their support, responsiveness, and attention to detail made a real difference. On the day, everything ran seamlessly, and the couple were absolutely delighted with how it all turned out. The setting was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was just right for such a special occasion. Huge thanks to everyone at Suesey Street for helping to make the day so memorable.
