Chimac in Dublin

This is my recommendation for anyone who loves Korean fried chicken. Their fried chicken is so crispy and delicious. They definitely double fry the chicken and that extra crispy texture is amazing. I tried their Chimac poutine which is great mix of a bowl of chips, topped with bacon, fried chicken, and caramelised onions were game changer. You can choose your own sauce from their own recipes- my favourite is their Caramel sriracha. I tried their yuzu pepper wings which was in their special menu. So juicy and the fresh citrusy taste of yuzu with great spice from white pepper makes the wings stand out. Lastly, their chicken burger was so delicious, which the perfectly well seasoned burger patty and added taco sauce and cheese. All in all this is very great place, right in the vicinity of the Dublin City centre. Loved it.

Slayed. Super fast service and the server juan gave great recommendations. Fried pickles are a must.

It was my friends birthday and they made it SO special for her. They went out and bought her cake so she could feel super special, played music for her and provided her a drink! The food was incredible! Great for value of money, wonderful service and just loving people all round. We loved marcos, hoiley and juan. Thank you!
