If you're looking for amazing fried chicken and service this is it. We were visiting Dublin for a weekend and needed a quick bite bit instead ended up having the best chat with Juan, one of the staff members, while we dug into hot wings with a BBQ says they had on a seasonal menu. Hands down one of the best things we had in our entire trip. BBQ wings were crispy and the sauce was LEGIT. Like these were wet wet crispy, you know what I'm saying? They also had a pepper salad that was just the mix of spicy and sweet/salty. Top it off with a coke and french fries, we walked out of there happy. In wish we had one here in Barcelona fr.

A fantastic birthday meal at Chimac! The food was full of bold spice and flavour, but the real highlight was the staff. Even though we brought our own cake, they were incredibly accommodating—providing plates and cutlery without hesitation. They even surprised me with a small goody bag of their sauces, which was such a thoughtful touch. Great food, but truly exceptional service!

Great food and a really enjoyable experience overall. Everything was tasty, well cooked, and made with fresh ingredients. Service was spot on too – Juan, our waiter, was friendly, attentive, and kept things relaxed without being over the top. Definitely a place worth coming back to.

Ginger Man

10/05/2026: Really enjoyed this pub. Went for a bite to eat before a show. Food was lovely and reasonably priced for Town. Staff really nice and accommodating got us a seat even though it was busy.
02/05/2026: If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Temple Bar, The Ginger Man is the perfect place. The pub is centrally located, yet on a pleasantly quiet side street, so it's rarely uncomfortably crowded. The atmosphere is wonderfully authentic and cozy – perfect for enjoying a beer in peace and actually having a conversation. The quaint decor adds to the pub's charm. A real insider tip for anyone seeking a genuine, relaxed pub experience in Dublin.

The Winding Stair

06/05/2026: Our hotel concierge got us a reservation at this restaurant. The food was excellent. Highly recommended. We had the Dingle Bay Crab as a starter which was fantastic, the Pigs on the Green pork tenderloin which was very juicy and delicious and wrapped up with the bread pudding for desert.
06/05/2026: First meal in Dublin at The Winding Stair absolutely hit the spot after a long night of traveling. The whipped goat cheese salad was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, while the spicy tomato soup was pure comfort in a bowl. Cozy atmosphere, great service, and an ideal start to our Ireland adventure
