The Best Fish & Chips and Seafood Chowder ever! Wandered in off the street and was greeted wonderfully and the gentleman showed us to a cosy corner for our Friday no meat dinner. And what a palatable experience!

A fantastic family owned pub with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. Top quality food. One of the few authentic unspoilt bars left in the city

went there to eat and it was delicious! had bangers and mash and a bread and butter pudding!

Incredibly delicious, typical and plentiful food—so much so that I couldn't finish my plate (even though I tried). The service was another highlight; Carla was very attentive, 10 out of 10. If you're in Dublin, you have to stop and eat at this place. 100% recommended

Truly worth recommending. This pub is tucked away, not as busy as some other ones in town. The staff were so attentive, quick and polite service. The fish and chips was possibly the best I have ever had. Delicious pints and dessert. Prices are super reasonable too. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Guinness pour and absolutely delicious food, I can’t fault them there. The prices are fairly steep, but what can you do, it’s Dublin! Service was really awkward and uncomfortable. They barricaded off the area my friend and I were sitting in, randomly, with a velvet rope. Then we kept getting unusual looks from an older man from behind the bar, as if we were supposed to leave, but no one said anything to us. If the area was intended for a reservation that should have been communicated verbally. Other than that, lovely place, wouldn’t visit again.

Went for food on a Friday evening. Called ahead and advised not taking any further bookings just walk ins. Said we would chance it, got a table within minutes of arriving for a group of 5. Staff were super and looked after us.
