La Maison in Dublin

My wife and I stopped here for dinner after arriving to Dublin from a long flight. The service, food, and atmosphere were all excellent. The salad was very fresh, and duck breast was cooked perfectly, would highly recommend!

10/10 Experience ⭐ Originally booked in for 7.00pm but was in the area early, decided to chance our arm for a table at 6.00pm instead and they immediately accommodated us. Began with crusty bread, olives and pesto. Followed by the French onion soup - perfect Gruyère/onion ratio. Then got the sirloin steak with fries - paired with a glass of the Bordeaux Superieur was heaven! Finished with the chocolate tart - the amarena cherries were fabulous, it was a pity it only came with two. Then they give you some homemade dark chocolate to finish. A complete foodie dream ❤️ servers were lovely and the interior was trés chic. See you soon la maison!!

We hadn't booked a table, and since service was early, we were able to enjoy a table for two inside. The warm welcome, the servers, and the quality of the food allowed us to truly appreciate this experience and recognize that this country has a real sense of hospitality. Thank you for your French, which made our English more accessible, and for the thoughtful gesture of giving us a souvenir of our visit. We'll make good use of the Irish glass and will certainly share this wonderful encounter. See you soon, Vincent and Peggy.

I had the terrine, cod and creme brulee and everything was great. Attentive service and great atmosphere too.

Very nice place with French dishes and music. It is recommended however to prices are on the upper side.

Lovely French dining experience in Dublin 🇫🇷 We visited La Maison with my wife and had a really nice evening. We enjoyed a good French wine, and the food was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The service was excellent — attentive and professional throughout. The only thing to note is that the food felt quite heavy afterwards, possibly due to the richness (maybe a bit too much butter for my taste, especially being on a diet). Still, during the meal everything tasted great and we really enjoyed it. Overall, a very good experience with high-quality French cuisine.

Very disappointing service. Food was great except the fries were undercooked and my first glass of wine had a lot of sediment in it. Didn’t finish the glass of wine and didn’t touch the fries. Mentioned it to the waitress but neither issue was addressed.

As a French person living in Dublin, coming to this restaurant is a real pleasure. The coq au vin is absolutely divine and truly reminds me of home. The service is very much in the French style : professional, elegant, and efficient. I highly recommend it!
