Sugarloaf Cafe in

Every time we’re in Glengarriff, we have to pop into the Sugarloaf Café — it’s like visiting family. There’s such a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are always incredibly friendly and kind. The paninis are delicious, the coffee is consistently great, and the homemade treats are absolutely worth saving room for. It’s one of those places that feels like a little home away from home.

Had the full Irish breakfast and tea and it was absolutely delicious. The owner is a wonderfully warm woman, who makes you feel at home the minute you walk in.

Mini Irish breakfast is delicious, very well served plate. Sugarloaf Cafe was the only open breakfast place in town, and the owner was the cherry on top, good conversation, and a very lovely person.

A Must-Visit for Coffee & Cake Lovers! This place is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the hostess made us feel incredibly welcome—she was kind, helpful, and genuinely warm. The display of cakes was stunning, each one looking more appetizing than the next. We went for the salted caramel cake, and let me tell you—it was a life-changing experience. One bite, and I was nearly in tears from pure joy. If you’re anywhere within 10 km of this spot, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t regret it!
