Fantastic service, I ordered a lunch box and had to wait 10 min while waiting I observed how their customer service was it was excellent, specially the tall guy who was unbelievable he was all over the floor, making pizza, taking orders and talking to customers at the same time, I was amazed at how fast he was at his work and he had an excellent customer service skills. He constantly acknowledged the fact that I was waiting for my food. Honestly he as an amazing worker and amazing person. Really happy with the service. Took a picture of him hope he doesn’t mind 😀

The short ginger woman is always very mean to the other staff, I’ve noticed this every time I come here. She talks to them like they’re stupid However the girls who work at the counter are always so helpful and friendly, they do a good job and are always smiling. There’s never an issue with my food

The Christmas Hamper Shop

25/09/2025: Excellent breakfast. Wide selection of sweet and savory options. Everything we tried was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful, patient with my parents, who didn't speak English and had trouble choosing what to order. We were staying at the hotel across the street and easily walked here since breakfast wasn't included. Recommended!

05/04/2026: From France came to Limerick for the Easter week-end, went to this fine local cuisine restaurant after a beer tasting that went for too long than initially scheduled with our local cousins. The service and food quality was perfect and delighted us although the place was packed and clients particular and not easy to cope with. Did the job and we had a convivial meal in family. Would advice to avoid going there between 3 and 4 am, busy time. We advice the fried chicken menu with the gravy sauce, not many vegetables but a must do. The seating goes with a wonderful view of the town. In order to improve the experience, the security team could be less tensed, thinking about our friend Bubble 💙🐔Keep the good work, you are the symbol of the local gastronomy. Cheers, looking forward to our next stop here, not too early though. Merci beaucoup and bravo ! À bientôt maybe in a mouth
