Always a good stop off point. Fresh cooked food, lovely variety of food from fast food to delicious choice of cakes etc. very well kept bathrooms and friendly staff.

18/07/2026: We tried the creamy pasta with added chicken and the chicken with potatoes. The pasta was ok, but the chicken was very bland and lacked seasoning. The chicken with potatoes was okay, just nothing particularly memorable. The service was friendly, but the restrooms could definitely use more attention. Overall, an average meal with room for improvement.
08/07/2026: Ellies is a great place to dine with kids. And has great food. Nice and localized place to eat if you're heading up to Galway.
