Great local produce, friendly staff. Only problem I have with it is the wifi never works in there and you loose signal as soon as you walk into it so it's hard to scan your rewards card as the app won't open the majority of the time.

Unwind Coffee Co.

03/06/2026: Another hidden specialty coffee shop. Surprisingly, they serve coffee from 3 Fools Coffee Roasters in Cork, so the quality of their brews is undoubtedly very good. It's quite a unique place for such a small, yet very picturesque town. They have a small selection of pastries, some very fashionable açaí bowls, and a range of protein shakes, which I unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to try. This is definitely a coffee shop worth visiting and spending some time in to sit down and relax. Added to my personal specialty coffee shop map of Europe 🙂
01/04/2026: I’ve been here twice and it’s amazing, the coffe is amazing, the girls are incredible, they chat with you and compliments your outfit, they are super nice, and the cookies are amazing, 100% you have to try one of their coffees if you are in Thomastown 🍪☕️
