this shop has really nice staff they are always polite and welcoming on top of that their portions are always filled to the fullest and they have excellent products there particularly the icecream. For a small shop in cork which I think they would be more popular if they had more seating

I’m here too often 🫣 Everything is delicious but my favourite is the soft serve. Also the staff deserve a shout-out because it does get super busy sometimes but the staff are great at keeping the line moving and are always pleasant

The star of the show is definitely the soft serve. Whatever flavour/topping you go with, the soft serve makes everything so good. So creamy and thick! Love it so much

08/06/2026: By far the best bar in Cork. Great selection of Irish whiskey, good food, and Danny the co-owner was a really nice guy. Food 5stars Danny got me hooked on Red Breast 12yr Irish Whiskey. 5stars
29/05/2026: I am pretty amazed to read that this Place only has 4.2 stars. I found it to be completely charming. My Irish Coffee was out of this world. The other clientele were extremely friendly. Highly recommended 🙏🏾

Thrive Coffee

18/06/2026: Thrive used to be my go to spot, such a handy stop with the drive through in a prime location. It was always super consistent, and a bonus that they served Stone Valley Coffee. Over time though, I found consistency dropped during busy periods, with quality feeling a bit rushed and more focused on quantity over care. I have also had a few experiences where walk ins seemed to be overlooked in favour of drive through orders. I understand the pressure of a busy setup like that, but consistency and quality should always come first. I’ve stopped coming as a result, which is a pity as it has a lot of potential. With a bit more consistency, I think the quality alone would keep people coming back.
