The service at the reception is particularly worth mentioning. As a non-native English speaker, it is difficult to clarify the formalities with the rental car company over the phone after an accident. This was done very courteously and persistently by the ladies at reception. Thank you very much again.

Visited for a family occasion . Restaurant facilitated a large number quite quickly. Excellent food. SteK sandwich had a whole steak inside! Really good.

This is our 2nd time to stay here, food was very good , we had breakfast , lunch and dinner over the 3 days and no complaints , The servers at breakfast were so friendly and one remembered us from staying last year, Our 18month old loved the pool and play centre next door! Room was lovely, could do with air con especially in the hotter months but overall we loved our stay and will be back! Pool is a bit small especially when busy there isn't much room as lessons do be on too but it's a warm pool great for kids!

Probably more of a business hotel than family orientated. 4*? Maybe more 3.5 at best. Food was okay, but would expect a better menu and good for the 4* it claims to be. Plentiful parking on site, situated a couple of km’s from centre of town. Markets a lot of kid friendly activities. These are off site across a car park. Looks to be a play centre that there is a mutual deal with, which offers soft play, bowling, arcades. Local retail park offers some shopping. The question I always ask is would I go back, probably not. Not that there was as nothing overly wrong, just think there’s better out there. Kids had a ball though! Swimming pool good size, basic in size and shape, sauna and steam room to the side, also a fairly aggressive hot tub! Well equipped gymnasium on site as well.

Joined the gym recently. Staff are so friendly & gym is great! We were in the restaurant tonight & the decor is unreal! Love the open kitchen plan. Food was good, I had the duck starter and it was a little chewy but the Cajun chicken burger main was great! Ruth who works in the restaurant was amazing very well mannered and polite. A complete asset to you!
