I love this place and the staff is always very kind and helpful. The food is always tasty, but this time there was too much cumin in our shakshuka, as we were too hungry and we didn’t want to waste it, we didn’t say anything, but it was hard to finish the plate because of the strong taste. Our potato dish was just perfect.

Wow, I've been living here for 2 years and I've never discovered this restaurant that took my breath away for its breakfast. I can only applaud the chef for the majestic presentation of the meals. I 100% recommend coming to taste the dishes. Please note there may be a wait depending on your arrival time.

11/07/2025: Sin duda el mejor desayuno de la zona. Llevo viniendo aquí unos cuantos años y siempre es excelente. Dos salchichas de buen tamaño, dos lonchas de cerdo, huevo frito, tomate a la plancha, morcilla y pudin, dos tostadas y té o café, buena relación calidad-precio por 12€. 50 . El servicio es siempre eficiente y amable y la impresión es la de un establecimiento gestionado muy profesionalmente. Una cosa más, las patatas fritas siempre vienen servidas en un plato caliente, algo que no siempre se consigue en otro sitio.

12/10/2025: Such a cosy spot with very friendly service! The seafood chowder and fish n chips were both delicious…sadly they were sold out of the seafood platter after a busy Sunday - so we’ll gladly return to try it another evening!
11/10/2025: Love this place, Authentic Howth, authentic people. Travel there at least once a month for the nicest chowder ever. Got served tonight by the lovely Aobhínn. Efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced. Can't recommend enough
