Friendly helpful staff, great food. I had a flatbread with half veggie / half chicken filling. It was heaven.

What a great spot. We had brunch in this bustling cafe recently. Although they had a few issues with a leak and lights out in the toilet area, they managed the upheaval remarkably well. The staff were excellent and the food was even better. There were six of us and everything was perfect. I can't stop thinking about the delicious potato dish I had!

Very tasty food, beautifully presented, and very reasonably priced, especially for the drinks. I highly recommend the tea there. The service was very friendly and attentive.

3.5 stars 🌟 Food: I’ll go in order, the food was great, very well presented but just a bit too much flavour. I didn’t think I would ever say that but my mushrooms on toast had so much seasoning on it, it started to give it a gritty texture Service: We had a lovely little table, the staff were super friendly and as we were leaving it got very busy, so definitely a popular spot Would great brunch spot when you are in Dublin, such a great selection of food and drinks.

The mushroom toast was absolutely delicious and the shakshuka nicely brought out the sweetness of the tomatos without being overwhelming. The baked goods were a perfect end to the meal (highly recommending the cinnamon babka!), and the servers were super friendly. Overall a perfect brunch experience! Enough seating space so that their system of not taking reservations works really well, we had no waiting times (I imagine this is a bit different on the weekends).

The system is quite unclear on where to queue and what to do - lots of customers moving around a bit clueless. But the food is really great and the staff were helpful and friendly with everyone

Found this place while searching for vegan-friendly lunch options after visiting some nearby museums. There was a line out the door when we arrived (being on vacation, we'd forgotten it was Saturday) but it probably wasn't more than 30 minutes before we were seated. The staff were uniformly friendly, kept the lined-up people well-informed, and didn't seem flustered at all with the heavy crowd. The food was also excellent; I had the tomatoes on toast (a VERY generous portion) and my spouse had the excellent pancakes with fruit.

Glovers Alley

25/08/2025: Went here for a romantic meal. Everything was outstanding, very pricey but worth it! I highly recommend.
12/08/2025: I visited Glovers Alley by Andy McFadden and I must say that this place is a true feast for the senses. The restaurant boasts an elegant, modern décor that perfectly complements the refined atmosphere. Every detail is meticulously crafted, creating a space perfect for a special dinner or the celebration of special moments. The service was top-notch – the waiters were professional, attentive, and passionate about explaining each dish on the menu. The menu is full of innovative dishes that combine traditional flavors with a modern approach. Every dish was perfectly prepared – from appetizers to desserts. I especially recommend their tasting menu, which allows you to experience a full spectrum of flavors and aromas that change with each bite. The excellent selection of wines, which pair perfectly with the dishes, is also worth noting. The prices are significantly higher, but fully commensurate with the quality of the food and service Glovers Alley offers. This is a perfect place for special occasions, where you can feel like you're in one of the best restaurants in the world.
