Dropped in yesterday for food with our 3 year old and 3 week old twins. Staff were lovely, food was lovely, reasonably priced, couldn’t recommend the place more. Even found it easy to navigate with the double buggy and there was a nice friendly atmosphere with people eating and having a pint watching the hurling final. Will definitely look to return.
Food was standard pub grub but still tasty and very reasonably priced. Nice quiet place to have dinner and the waitresses were very polite and helpful. Recommend this place 100%.
Absolutely impressive chicken burger/sandwich. Something about the breading was so flavorful and delicious. It's one of those things where you're full but just can't stop. Absolutely great. Service was good as well! Never waiting around trying to call on someone or having to walk up to the bar for anything other than to pay the bill. Would definitely go back.
01/05/2025: I originally had given this restaurant a 5 star review on the back of having been there a number of times. However, having recently returned, I found that this place has dropped a lot in quality and service. I believe it has changed hands/under new management and it would appear to have gone downhill since then. Such a pity, it was a great place to eat and family friendly.
11/04/2025: Unfortunately, food was just ok and that's me being "generous". Service felt like we were back in 90s. Atmosphere was like a nearly closing down place. Huge potential in the right hands,but definitely not into whomever runs it now. I'm not the person to complain and haven't said anything while settling the bill (which was 74 euro for 2 people and not even a "thank you" received). Won't be rushing again to eat here,for sure.
