Worth a visit for the lovely steak on a stone. You have to pay for food and drink separately which is a bit odd but service is good and food tasty.

Not as good as it was . Was more laid back in the past. Seems to have notions now. Can be too busy. Service and staff are very good though. You are never waiting long. No food though for anyone vegetarian, vegan, gf or healthy

01/03/2024: The pub is a very nice place, I really liked the atmosphere, there was live music and the staff were very friendly
27/02/2024: Visited last Saturday evening on the offchance. Had my first ever Steak & Guinness stew, and I can't stop thinking about it. It was delicious, and so was the wine (photo of my friends' cocktail which I am not allowed to write it's propwr name on thisbreview as it goes against community standards). Great atmosphere, we really enjoyed, thank you.
