The best bookshop in Ireland. The staff are so friendly, & there’s a gorgeous view. You can also call or email to order any book (even if it’s not listed on their website). My order arrived 2 days later!

Beautiful shop, lovely enthusiastic people there who are genuinely interested in you and your love of books. We didn't have a coffee but I think there was coffee making facilities if you wanted to have a longer browse. ❤️

Great find! Friendly relaxed chat with owner and others visiting the shop for coffee and books. Loved the children's Harry potter corner and came away with the Grace O'Malley book pirate queen to read! Good and well thought out selection of books 🙂

A lovely bookstore, and very friendly staff who you could chat to all day. Would recommend for anyone around the area to pop in for a visit.

The Creel

09/08/2026: ​I can't speak highly enough of The Creel! We visited the Creel from clare after it was recommended by a friend. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was fresh, tasty, and top quality. The chefs were also extremely accommodating when we ordered off-menu for 2 of my friends. A really lovely place all around.
30/07/2026: The Creel hash was bursting with favour! Got a Dirty Vanilla Chai Latte! Also delicious
