Texas Steakout in Limerick

The meat was exceptional. Very cozy place. Great service from the waiters. The prices aren't "popular," but you're on a trip! Treat yourself!

Still one of my favourites in Limerick. Food and service are excellent. I treated myself to a fillet steak on the last visit and it was cooked to order. A compliment for the kids menu, which has a good selection at fair prices. It is recommend to book a table!

The service was so fast Theres free bottled water The food was so tasty The staff is friendly It was really quiet but it was a thursday at 9pm The music in there was actually terrible in my opinion 😂 And the food was very pricey for my standards but i had a good time

Fillets were very good, service was mostly poor. We were seated in a back corner booth and largely ignored. After our food was served, nobody stopped back for over an hour, aside from the time my wife had to get up to find a server to request a second round of drinks. The drinks never came. A manager came by twice and looked at us but did not speak. When a different server came to basically ask us why we hadn’t left yet, we explained we hadn’t gotten our second drinks and we had finished our food and drinks 20 minutes earlier and were waiting for drinks that we no longer wanted, and would like the check. She said nothing in the way of apology or make any attempt to make it right. She did agree to make sure we were not charged for the drinks since they never arrived. At the reception to pay our bill, the host asked how everything was. We said the food was very good but we didn’t get much service. She said “sorry about that” but didn’t even ask what did not go well. Shrug. Mistakes happen, but zero interest from anyone to try to correct it is what really stood out.

It was a great feel and the food was just like back home! Even the bourbon BBQ sauce for the bourbon burger. I got a 10oz ribeye medium and it was cooked perfectly to temp. I asked for a sear and they didn’t get that part thought. We also had the kids ribs. My 8yo was sad it only came with 2 ribs. We got the sampler as a meal plate and split it. The only thing lacking was service. We are water drinkers and couldn’t get them to keep our water full. We had to ask several times for each refill. It didn’t make sense. One of the waitresses was also snippy with me. Maybe it was just a long day but it was off putting. Service was a 3/5. We’d definitely go back for some Texas food!

Perfect place. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and they were very helpful and atmosphere was great. Delicious food.

Out of this world large portion of delicious food served so fast. We have been alot since amd will be going again.so fresh clean and amazing atmosphere

One of my favourite steakhouses in the world. Have been coming to Texas Steakout for the best part of twenty years whilst working in Limerick. Always great food and great service.
