Hi, l just wanted to message and acknowledge a member of staff in particular Gino. He's a door man and several weeks ago l was in absolutely agony with stomach gallstone pain and he was so kind and caring to me. He tried to help me as much as he could and was thoughtful and l just wanted to acknowledge what a lovely person you have working in The TF Royal Hotel & Theatre. He's always so friendly and polite but it wasn't until l was sick. If you do staff member of the month etc he should receive that or some kind of recognition. Tiny amount of parking onsite, but a hotel multi storey nearby. But… massive queue to pay on the way out - unless you were in the know, as it turned out you could pay in advance. This should have been made clear. Very inconvenient if like me you have a passenger who can’t walk any distance. However, I was allowed to drive to the door for drop off and collection even if that was extremely tricky. The staff were very helpful though.

Popped in for a coffee and scone, good service, scone was nice and fresh, good atmosphere....overall a good experience.
