Our favorite food in Donegal! Everything is delicious—we loved it so much that we went back to try more items on the menu. The only thing better than the food is the delightfully sweet shop owner. You must go here for takeaway!

I love when I take a chance and it works out. The outside of the building is run down and doesnt inspire much confidence and once you step inside the door its not much better looking either... However, the woman behind the counter is very sweet, attentive and respectful. Its a take away but also have a limited number of seats and I chose to sit in. The curry arrived quickly and it was super tasty, a good level of spice and loads of it. In summary, I left a very satisfied punter... Recommended

24/09/2025: This is a gorgeous little space with really lovely staff and fantastic food. We went mid week for brunch and had no issue getting a table in the main restaurant area. The decor is so rustic and simple but makes the space feel so warm. You can see the kitchen area from the restaurant which always adds to the atmosphere. There is a reasonable selection of food on the brunch menu with plenty of different options. We tried the pulled pork hash and the breakfast sandwich. Both were presented so well and tasted even better. The portion sizes are big and great value for money! The staff were so helpful with explaining dishes and baked goods. They were also very attentive and welcoming. There is more on the menu that I would love to try so I can’t wait to come back!

Zen Thai

02/11/2025: Zen Thai in Cheddar is always amazing. The food is freshly made, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour. The service is warm and welcoming, and the quality is consistently outstanding. One of the best places to eat in Cheddar!
30/10/2025: Fantastic food Fantastic service Lovely touch everywhere Would recommend and we will go back again.
