I was determined to eat Colcannon(mashed potatoes,cabbage and kale) while we visited Ireland and since i couldnt find it anywhere in Limerick,i got lucky finding it at Gallagher's Boxty House in the Temple Bar District of Dublin. We were greeted by the fun wait staff immediately and we made friends with our neighboring table of traveling Germans who were excited to try the local food as well. The restaurant serves their own brewed beer,which was sooo good. We had the Irish Corned Beef,Colcannon,atlantic seafood chowder and treacle bread. Definitely coming back on our next Dublin vacation.

We only had a few days in Dublin, and this restaurant looked more interesting than a pub. My husband asked the waiter which was better, the Irish stew or the salmon. To our surprise, he said the salmon! He was right, it was delicious. My food was delicious as well. The service was excellent.

We had an amazing lunch at this Thai restaurant in Dalkey while visiting from France! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of authentic flavors. The owner was so friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. Perfect spot for a tasty, relaxing meal—highly recommend if you’re in Dalkey!
