Thali in Cork

Just had a Deliveroo from them and it was beautiful and in time. Delivered to our hotel with no issues. I had a lamb sag and asked for it to be heated up with fresh green chillies because I love a hot curry. Whenever I do that, I assume it’ll be ignored, but it wasn’t. It was good and hot and there were chopped fresh green chillies on the top. There was a ton of meat in my curry and plenty of beautifully cooked basmati rice. My wife doesn’t like sauce or heat so had a nan and chicken tikka. The nan was exceptional. Not at all oily (despite being called a “butter nan?) Light, not oily, lovely. All in all it was cracking and I very much recommend it.

A great Nepali-Indian restaurant in the center of Cork. It's very busy, and we were lucky to have a short wait for a table. The service was very friendly and attentive throughout. We were especially impressed with our orders: the chicken korma and the lentil dhal. We were especially impressed with the latter, as we'd never tried it before. The dishes are hearty, as they come with basmati rice. We also ordered delicious naam bread. I highly recommend it.

We had an excellent meal here. Aloo Gobi and the yellow lentil dish were both delicious. Space is nice and service was good. Good portion of rice with the meal. Appreciated the free tap water. Highly recommended.

Absolutely mind-blowing! Thali Nepal Restaurant serves pure magic every bite bursts with authentic Nepali flavour. The momos are heavenly, the curries soul-warming, and the staff treat you like family. Easily the best food experience in Cork a taste trip straight to Nepal! 🇳🇵🔥🍛

What an amazing restaurant! Decided to finally give it a try after walking past it so many times, and it did not disappoint. Food was incredible (though I still need to try the desserts), good sized portions, teas and lasso were delicious, staff was very fast and friendly, and the whole restaurant itself is well kept, tidy and pretty Honestly, I don't think it has any flaws? Maybe just that the toilets are a bit simple? They're functional and clean... But yeah just felt like the bathrooms were an afterthought. But other than that, this is a definite must go for curry lovers and Nepali/Indian food enjoyers!

Seriously good food and service at this little Nepalese restaurant. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to try something new!

I loved my time at Thali restaurant! The owners are lovely and the food was AMAZING. If you haven’t tried Thali I highly recommend taking the time to try it out!
