Thali in Cork

If you prefer north indian / nepali food this is your place. They do have online reservations for your seats. Service was excellent , Fine dining, Hygiene.located at heart of cork city center.

Love Thali! Food tastes so fresh , lots of veg options and staff are so friendly! Price is reasonable for portion size and quality 😋

We are regularly ordering from Thali and we have never been disappointed. All dishes are incredibly flavourful and perfectly cooked. Spice levels are great but pack a punch for a european tastebud. They also got a lot of dishes that you wouldn't see often in other restaurants. My favourites are the Lang Tang Curry & Rajma Masala. Our go-to appetizer are the Momo dumplings - they never fail with that side sauce!! The staff are all incredibly nice and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Portions are very big - I usually eat 2 days from it. Prices are good for that.

We had a fantastic meal at Thali. We got the complementary popadoms and dips. We ordered two starters (to share between three adults) and three main courses. The food was just fabulous and so tasty. We thought that we might need a doggy bag, but the food was too good to stop eating. The wine that we ordered was also very nice. The only negative was that the service was a bit slow when we first arrived, but that was probably because a large table of ten arrived just before us. Would we go back again - most definitely.

Quiet unassuming place with excellent authentic food and service. A hidden gem in Cork city. Have eaten here 4 or 5 times when down on business. Highly recommended.
