Good number. Internet. Explained in an accessible and understandable way. Close to the center of the railway and bus station. The Ukrainians received us very well. The stay for Ukrainians has been extended.

Beautiful, spacious and quiet hotel! The welcome was charming and the evening delicious.

Could not fault the hotel €5.50 a Guinness. Need to take Taxi into and out of town

Went there to have a meal Ordered soup which was advertised as mushroom got veg.a bit cold.. .ordered the beef and veg . Beef ? Not great a bit chewy and the veg was dry like it had gone in to microwave. Would I go back .No As for the two guests with me they both enjoyed there meals .This was not a busy time in the restaurant with only 3 tables in use. Now I have been before and really enjoyed it as for my daughter who booked it for me.she goes there a lot.

I've had lunch, dinner, and cocktails here a few times. The wait staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Food is great and prices are reasonable. The decor is really gorgeous, too, with no expense spared. Parking is free and ample. Gorgeous views over Cork and in a lovely, up-market part of the victorian city. As a local, it's the perfect place to bring visitors to Cork. There is very good access for ppl who have difficulty getting about, but outside the gates, it is a steep hill. I don't know anyone who has stayed overnight yet but I will recommend it based on the rest of my experiences.

Welcome without a smile. The staff doesn't say hello. Tasteless breakfast. Dirty dishes. Terrible evening meal (boiled ribbs and lamb stew presented like mush). The hotel is certainly not worth a 4 star.

Cold and draughty room noise corridor and a strong smell of fragrance to strong.

Very nice hotel ,great view from the balcony. Heating uncomfortable tho. Also no ale either draught or bottles on sale in the bar's. Overall a nice quiet hotel

Great desk people. Quaint but comfortable room with a great mattress. Pleasant breakfast.
