The food is absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is lovely! I got the cheese and tomato toastie with an iced latte. The toastie was to die for and the coffee was great. Great spot to eat a quick bite in Dublin.

We hit the place on the back of Dublins half marathon event so it was busy but the wait for coffee and food wasn’t too bad at all. Thanks you guys to the staff and the owners girls for their help

Bakehouse on the Liffey has just opened at the Beckett Bridge beside The Ferryman. Fantastic location, great food, friendly team and most importantly lovely coffee open 07:30 to 16:00 daily. Definitely worth a visit.

Glas

04/04/2026: It’s scandalous that Glas doesn’t have a Michelin star. I’ve tried a wide variety of restaurants in Dublin over the last 3 months, and Glas is heads and shoulders above the rest (and I’m not a vegetarian). The flavours, the combinations, the presentation, the front of house and the atmosphere all set you up for one of the best night’s you’ll have. And if you go out of the more popular serving hours, the price is also unbelievable. Make the most of this while it’s affordable!
28/03/2026: Had such a lovely evening at Glas catching up with friends — we were celebrating a birthday and a mum-to-be, so it felt like a really special occasion. The team went out of their way to look after us, with a few complimentary treats that made it even more memorable. The food was something a bit different from what I’m used to, but absolutely delicious. Everything was beautifully presented, and each dish was explained to us when it arrived, which added to the experience. The atmosphere is cosy and relaxed — we felt completely in our own little bubble and hardly noticed anyone else around us. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout. Overall, a really enjoyable night. I’ll definitely be back and would happily recommend it.
