The Barn in Cork

I had a family meal in the Barn recently and it was really nice. The food was lovely and the staff are really friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Mary T who looked after us so well on the day.

Sunday carvery - good, could be hotter. Roast potatoes only got equivalent to half an average potatog, gravy watered down.

Lovely find on our stay in Cork, stopped by for brunch, Sourdough to die for 🤤 Poached eggs, avocado, mushrooms mmmmm! And Pancakes 🥞 just the bizz! Dog friendly a real bonus! So welcoming!

Great place for a meal out. Variety of food choices. Roof open on sunny days which gives such a holiday feeling! Service was friendly and quick. Lots of drink options too, pints of coors and orchard thieves were only €6 too which is great value compared to some places. Overall great spot for casual breakfast, lunch or dinner😊

one of the best places in Cork to eat and drink, very good service, I highly recommend it.

Nice location and plenty of parking. Great choice on menu and carvey. Staff seemed confused and all over the place bringing orders forgetting orders and looking for payment after payment had been made but would return as food was good.

Dad+1 stopped here on the way back to Dublin from Blarney Castle. We were seated quickly but waited over 10 minutes for wait staff to come over and take drink orders and by then, the food order as well. We were unaware that everything could be ordered on an app (this was on a card near the condiments, but we didn't see it until much later in the meal. The wait staff seemed to be inconsistent in attending to the tables and when it came time to pay, we had to flag someone down in order to pay since we hadn't used the app to order. The food was fantastic and I wish we'd had time to stay for dessert. Brunch until 4pm daily is a great idea because sometimes 1pm is the time for a plate of French toast .
