The Bay Restaurant in Kenmare

Unfortunately I was check into the kenmare where I have stayed before and always have been totally satisfied but due to a bereavement I had to cancel.... I rang and the lady was so sympathetic and I was able to cancel without any payment needed,,, with all that is going on I really appreciate the understanding from the kenmare and hopefully I will return in the future... Lovely hotel, just 10 minutes walk from Kenmare centre. Breakfast was very nice, plenty choice. Evening meals were delicious. There was iced water available in reception. Pool was a good size. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel with nice staff. Kenmare is spoiled for hotels with picturesque landscapes. This however is not one of those hotels but it does have reasonably priced rooms and could provide a nice springboard into the magnificent Ring of Kerry.

Great location with a good bar...short walk into town

Attended a wedding here over the weekend, food was lovely, especially the soup and mashed potato, the location is good too just a short few mins walk from Kenmare town, we didint have the chance to use the leisure facilities but will return next time we stay down here, staff also allowed us to check in 2 hours early which we were very appreciative of as it gave us time to get ready for the wedding ceremony that day, thanks again to the girl on reception

Stayed here for a night with my fiancé. We had a slight issue with the room that the duty manger Sharon dealt with in a very professional and caring manner. She is a lady and a pleasure to deal with. Our stay was so relaxing because of this. The restaurant waitress Monika was very courteous as were the other serving staff. Lovely leisure centre too. Sauna and steam room are great, staff are amazing here too. Proximity to town centre is a five minute walk, ideal. Thanks guys, well done. 👍

Clean room, lovely heated swimming pool with steam room and a perfect jacuzzi! Highly recommend this retreat!
