The Big Tree Pub in Dublin

The relaxed atmosphere of the bar. The friendly Latvian guy who worked as a bartender made my experience one of the best of my trip to Dublin.

Vadims is the kindest barman we’ve ever met. His dedication to hospitality is unmatched. We came to this pub because of the reviews for how great he was and they absolutely did not disappoint. We were only in Dublin for 3 days but we managed to visit this pub 2/3 days due to his kindness. We wish him and his wife the absolute best in life as they are so deserving ❤️

The Latvian bar man in this pub should be a national treasure! He was so funny and friendly, he showed us some magic tricks and told us all the great places to visit in Dublin, he really knew his stuff!

Not only a beautiful place to drink, but also appreciate live music while enjoying a . magical service, especially Ladins.

Vadmis is really friendly staff, our first time at the Big Tree Pub and he made us feel like home with some funny magic jocks and told us also about the quizz on Thursday, we will definitely come back!

Pleasant, full environment, the guy at the bar did us a favor by letting us watch our team (Greece national football team 🇬🇷, which we were playing against Denmark) on the screen of his beer garden. Thank you very much, we had a great time!!!

Please read the whole review.. Food, not amazing, Place, a little dusty, Table service, not 5 starts. Total rating? 10/10, perfect! I went to an Irish pub, not a fancy restaurant. I don't want to be served by a fancy person with fancy fake good manners. All I want is a good pint of Guinness. Feeling the aroma of old beer in the air. And watching some weird stuff on the telly, while having a good time with my wife, and a good chat with the barman. Thank you so much to the Latvian barman, a genuine person, extremely friendly and very importantly, he poured a proper pint of Guinness to the missus. 5 starts our of five to him! A gentleman! Please note, they don't have their own kitchen, it's from the hotel besides them.

A pub steeped in history and with excellent pints. The service is very friendly, and Vadims, the bartender, is always attentive and helpful. Ideal for enjoying a good beer in a cozy atmosphere.
