Gem of a place, good food, good music, great location next to train station

Great service, had food just after 9pm on a Friday. No issue with being seated, staff very attentive, good atmosphere and the food was really tasty. We had Chicken wings, scampi and a steak sandwich. Very decently priced considering other places around Howth...

Absolutely great experience at The Bloody Stream with food,service and ambience. We had hot and spicy chicken wings ,Seafood platter and Steak.Highly recommended those.

Charming Irish pub located in the station of the coastal town of Howth. The sea is the star here, although they also have meat, vegetable, and other options. We tried the steamed Irish mussels with a delicious garlic and white wine sauce that made us lick the plate clean, crispy calamari rings, traditional fish and chips, and a mixed seafood platter that included smoked salmon, crab meat, oysters, mussels, and shrimp. Everything was delicious and served by a friendly, prompt team genuinely interested in ensuring you have a great experience.

Located right below Howth Station. Typical Irish pub cuisine with various traditional and seafood dishes. The steamed mussels with a creamy garlic and white wine sauce were delicious, accompanied by homemade whole wheat bread. The fish and chips were a bit too greasy and came with mushy peas, homemade tartar sauce, lemon, and fries (hand-cut?). Attentive service. Clean bathrooms. Absolutely fair prices.

It's okay here, the food was okay, the beer tasty, the atmosphere good, it's probably even better in the evening.

Had a quick lunch there and enjoyed both the food and atmosphere. The food was great and prices were reasonable. This location offers non-seafood items which was the first rrason we selected them! I enjoyed the Beef Guinness Pie!

Splendida atmosfera. Servizio rapido e cordiale. Squisita la chowder soup e altrettanto buona l' insalata con caprino caldo, peperoni e pomodori. La Guinness.... beh quella era perfetta.

We arrived in howth thirsty straight off the train from Dublin City centre, the pub directly outside the station had such a welcoming vibe the front garden was a total sun trap, we popped in for a drink before taking a wonder around the harbour the staff were so friendly and the atmosphere so good that we came back for our dinner on our way home!!! Food was absolutely delicious and not all seafood like other spots in the harbour, top food top service, recommend to anyone visiting howth
