The Bloody Stream in Dublin

A place that takes you back in time. I love it.

Good honest food. Good portions and tasty. Nothing too fancy but you won't leave hungry or dissatisfied. Area outside to the front welcomes dogs so we will often eat here after a long cliff walk. Our doggy also enjoys the experience!!!

Elevated and really delicious food in a great restaurant! Especially loved the warmed goat cheese salad. There are a couple different spaces for different atmospheres in the restaurant - fireside room, bar area, live music room, outdoor covered seating with heaters... And more! Also happens to be conveniently located directly underneath the Howth Dart station so extremely easy to get to and from the restaurant. It's a popular location - I do recommend making a reservation for your visit in the evening if you visit for dinner/evening drinks. Will certainly return!

So, for me, this was THE best surprise of my trip... The old-fashioned pub decor was fantastic. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed and unpretentious, and the food... wow, that beef with Guinness was so good! Go without hesitation.

Atmosfera molto accogliente e personale attento e gentile. Fish &chips molto buono e il piatto con salmone affumicato, brown bread e insalatina spettacolare e molto abbondante. Lo consiglio.
