Stopped in for breakfast, nice friendly atmosphere with mostly local patrons good interactions by staff. Food was good and served quickly.

Highly recommended. I gave Angie 25 minutes notice for a coach load of 24. She had everything ready for us. Food was fab, service was quick and very inexpensive. I would recommend for anyone looking for a break between Dublin and the west. The menu suited every one of us. Bravo

10/10 for this cosy little cafe. The interior is clean and nice nothing very luxurious to be honest but the food.... Fresh, made with love, delicious and excellent value for money. The staff couldn't be nicer. I didn't taste the cakes but they looked amazing. Well done to this family business. We will be back!

Can’t praise this place enough. Excellent food - amazing breakfast and a gluten free option available (GF breads) 😆 no long wait!! Honestly the staff are phenomenal couldn’t be more accommodating!! Definitely will be back and highly recommend to everyone

So we're three 50 something males returning from Galway races looking for somewhere to eat, walked in to "The Bread Basket " instantly greeted by a lady and told about 5 minutes. True to her word 5 minutes later we were seated and perusing the menu, its about 11.30 so breakfast or lunch was available. Breakfast with brown bread was had by 2 of us french toast with bacon and honey by the other, all were excellent. The owner and previous lady came to chat and were lovely, to say we felt like celebrities was an understatement. There selection of cakes and buns were excellent and tasted excellent. We'll definitely be back next year if not before. You'd be mad not to squeeze this place into your trip if you're anyway close.
