The Bridge 1859 in Dublin

Really nice pub with a great selection ton of whiskeys. There is a really nice atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. Toilets are clean too. Some of the tables at the back of the bar are poorly lit.

Traveled to DUB from Charlotte for the UNC vs TCU game! This place was nothing short of amazing! Amanda was a really good waitress and took care of everything we needed! The food was amazing!

Beautiful place. Perfect to drink a pint or food. The wings sauce is amazing.

One of my favorite pubs! Always good eats and service. I've spotted a celebrity in here before if that's your thing. I don't drink beer but that's ok, no judgements here for the rose` drinker!

Spectacular place...best atmosphere and staff in Ballsbridge...well worth a visit

Here's a concise review you could post: 3 of us had a great meal at Bridge 1859 before the Take That concert. The bar menu has a good selection of burgers, sandwiches, wings and other pub favourites, with most main dishes priced around €18–€24, offering good value. The 5oz rib-eye steak sandwich was really good and the portion was generous. The homemade skin-on potato chips were a real highlight.. Service was friendly, welcoming and fast. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for quality bar food in a relaxed atmosphere. Outside seating popular. Inside a few tables available upstairs. Loos clean. Guinness wasn't great - the only downside.

I would leave 1000 stars if I could! The food, the staff, the cider! All the best. The food is amazing and will slap you silly, in a good way! Arugula (rocket), mixed with the onion, the balsamic and the feta come together to open you pallet to what’s to come as this is just a side to an app or entree. The croquettes, the chicken parm and the Orchard Thieves to top it all off. I can’t rate the dessert because the entrees and apps fill me up before I can get to them. All of this is great but there is something better. The staff! These people work so hard to make sure you feel like the only one in the room. I’m here weekly. I have been informed or births, life events and sadly even deaths while sitting here and this staff made sure in all occasions I was treated appropriately and with dignity. This place would be nothing without the people who make it wonderful! I’m so grateful to have found this place and call it my pub! Not only my fav in Ireland but in my top places to be in the world. Can’t say enough to let convince to to eat here!

A Dublin beer bar where you can enjoy Pilsner Urquell straight from the tank. I went there many years ago, but it's one of those places I'd like to visit again.

Great place for match day and concerts.
